A current activity of the Sinteks MMC is Fashion Retail/Franchising of fashion labels: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Escada, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo, Valentino and others.
In connection with expansion currently Company recruiting for a Customer Service Manager Assistant who will assist to Customer Service Manager to keep high service level: will be responsible for Loyalty and Gift cards, for monitoring customer service level by e-stores, for collecting data and preparing monthly reports.
Ø To provide implementation loyalty and gift card
Ø To keep and observe customer service standards by e-store
Ø To provide continuous improvement customer service
Ø Supervises and coordinates providing stores with Loyalty and Gift cards, engaged in preparing and delivery cards and other related duties
Ø Observes and evaluates according grids customer’s service by e-store to ensure customer service standards
Ø Handling customer complaints and resolving them as well. He or she has to obtain and evaluate the relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries of the clients
Ø Keeping accurate data or records of discussions or correspondence with customers
Ø Collecting data: result monitoring during visit at the stores, mystery calls, video and audio supervising and customer complaints and for preparing according this data the monthly reports
Ø Producing written information for customers, often involving use internet canals facebook, official site, email & etc
Ø Effective and close cooperation with other departments of company: sales, marketing, law, facility & etc
Ø Offer ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement in customer service
Ø Interpersonal skills
